Return Window

Items may be returned within 7-14 days from the date of delivery. Returns outside this window will not be accepted.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and unworn, in original condition with all tags still attached, and in original packaging where possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, accessories, and any items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

How to Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, email hello@giftofgod.co.bw with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
